Guests can be found relaxing in the comfy lounge of our family friendly hotel at all hours of the day and night, such is the feeling of homeliness here – perhaps because The Old Manor Hotel was built as a private residence and remained so until 1949, when it first became a hotel.

Our guests can enjoy the expansive panoramic view across the Firth of Forth, from a comfy seat by the window in the cosy lounge area. Just relax and gaze out over the golf course to the sea beyond. The Old Manor is the go-to place to catch a breath and unwind in the welcoming ambience, with our modern inviting rooms and the little touches of luxury that we all enjoy away from home.

The warmth of the welcome and the excellent service, combined with the breathtaking surroundings, make The Old Manor Hotel a perfect spot to take a break, celebrate, indulge or as your wedding venue.

The Old Manor Hotel
We would have no hesitation in recommending The Old Manor Hotel as an excellent base for exploring the East Neuk of Fife.

The Old Manor Hotel is a family friendly hotel, located in one of the most scenic areas of this glorious corner of Scotland, the Kingdom of Fife. The hotel sits in the splendid East Neuk commanding a superb view of the coastline and surrounding areas. And it’s just a short 15 minute drive to the beautiful university town of St Andrews.

Family Friendly

We enjoy having children to visit, and we have done our best to ensure families feel welcome here. We can offer a range of rooms to suit, from our spacious Family Suite to our three adjacent en-suite rooms for larger families. And if your children are under 12 they can stay free of charge, and you pay only for their meals.

Our chef has prepared a special menu, featuring a range of the most popular children’s meals to choose from.

Dine with a View

Enjoy your meals in our Seaview Restaurant where all the tables have a fantastic outlook over the sea – your view will be interrupted only by the odd passing ship. Whatever the occasion, this is a great spot to indulge in a nice long lunch or dinner.

Fife is blessed with an enviable range of local produce from fruit and vegetables to seafood and game, with whisky and even chocolate made here. We select from the best of the produce throughout the seasons, so our guests can savour many of Fife’s culinary delights in our restaurant.

To Golf - or not?

For golf enthusiasts it doesn’t get much better than this. You can watch a game while having breakfast, and then head out to our local course at Lundin Links or off to one of the many Fife courses between here and St Andrews – the home of golf. If the rest of your party isn’t as appreciative of the great sport, they can head off to discover some of the most beautiful beaches on the planet! Miles of clean bays, coves and stretches of sand are just a short distance away for your pleasure.
